I Got a Little Different Packge
You can't tell from the description, but what I received was a package containing four metal punch holders and four screw in tips. Three brass tips, one nylon tip and what looks looks like a reinforcing pin.
Weak but affective non-the-less.
We use the nylon punch to remove brass facings from parts. Without the reinforcing pin it breaks after about the 10th hit. The pin adds strength, but will scratch when the nylon cover breaks. We'll usually get another 5-8 hits with the pin installed. We are applying a lot of force on these. I'm sure with less force, they'll last longer.
