Worthless.

Hole is too deep & holds the small roll pins too tightly. It was impossible to use. I wound up grabbing a very small pair of short sharp nosed jeweler's or electronic pliers and a tiny shop made brass hammer to start the roll pins. The roll pins fit so tight in these holders they would NEVER grab enough to start in the holes. I have used that little tiny pair of pliers and that home made baby brass hammer for so long, I might just chalk these up as a total loss anyway. Short roll pins almost disappear up inside these holders. That is useless to me, as they grab the holder more than they do the work piece. Another .002"-.006" of clearance might work. It's no great mystery who made these for Brownell's either. I have the "other" set and it has the same exact issue. Maybe I will take one set to a bench grinder. I could have also set up a lathe and machined some 4140 steel bar stock too. Have fun pinning gas tubes & safety levers!
