Somethings not right
Well, I was pretty pumped to swap out my factory G43 slide for one of these. After I put in some sights, and equipped it with all the factory Glock parts, I had a TON of failures to fire. This slide is shaving brass off of the shell casings and somehow it is ending up in the firing pin channel. These brass shavings are impeding the striker from cleaning moving forward and striking the primer. How or why this is happening is beyond me. The only variable I changed from the stock G43 was this slide (and the sights I had to put in but I doubt that had anything to do with it). If you only plan on looking at your G43, this is the slide for you, its beautiful. If you want it to function flawlessly, you might want to reconsider.
