X300U-A
Works perfect, love the quick release, it fits the XDM 10 mil, FNX tactical 45, Glock 22 generation three, interchanges between all three of those without dismantling anything on the light… Love it

dependable pistol light
This is a light I can depend upon when needed.
Great Product
This weapon light is great. I have owned many other brands previously, and will eventually replace all of them with this one for my hand guns. Super reliable, great construction. Definitely worth every penny.
Great Product
Easy to use, quality construction, works as advertised.
Outstanding Weapon Light
I have an X300 mounted on my Kimber TLE II, It is my nightstand gun. I have owned it for 3 years and keep it on the gun even when taking to the indoor range to practice. I have a large house but this light will knock out someones night sight instantly across a large room. Batteries last a long time. I still have the originals. The switch system is excellent can use for a quick pulse or sustained beam. It is expensive but is built like a tank and is one of the best pieces of equipment I own. It's worth every penny. Only thing I would change is have an adjustable beam however its so bright and sharp it doesn't make much difference for what I use it for.
Great WML!
The Surefire x300U-A is a great WLM system. I prefer to use only products/companies that Id trust my life with; Surefire is one of those companies. Not only is the x300U a super bright WML, it appears to be bombproof! Only downside I have noticed thus far is the battery life. Ive been playing with it daily to get used to its function, and build that muscle memory for the switches. The super intense 1000 lumen output has seemed to dim a small amount after about a week of dry fire exercises. Youre looking at about an hour and a quarter of battery life. The battery life isnt a deal breaker for me. Ill just keep backup batteries on hand. Goes on and off very easily, and fits snug on my Glock 19 (gen3). Overall a great WML that I highly recommend!
Weird Surefire, its Broken. Again.
I will preface this by saying I may be harder on most gun parts than your average This is my nightstand gun folk. However, something is definitely sub par here and I believe it is most attributable to the undersized U latch. On the gun (G17 Gen 4) with the universal mount (cough cough, even though a standard has been set with M1913, cough coughlooking at you Glock) it rattles around like its driving a Dodge. Under the brisk recoil of 9 MM 115 gr practice ammo, the light slaps fore and aft. This unimaginable amount of force has since snapped my lights switch mechanism to the point where the light activates in the holster and I can see into the battery compartment when its closed. Further, switching away from the spring mechanism, the rail lock system binds inside a Safariland holster as to make it unusable. Fortunately, this isnt an issue with the P insert, even with my 1911 launching miniature ICBMs, because it actually fits the 1913 slot. This just happens with the Gaston Gat. Not really what Id expect from a $300 light. Glock users beware, buy the B model. Surefire, your customer servicesub-optimal. Glock, its about time to join the early 2000sPica-tinny. Thanks Brownells, you keep doing you. But seriously, if youre reading, bring us A2 pattern AR receivers.
