As advertised
The stock set I received was exactly what I needed to refit a 80’s model 94. It will take a little modification to make it fit. So if your going to order these remember they are only 90% finished be prepared to do a little wood working to make them fit correctly.

Dads lever gun
To replace my broken stock so I can preserve it. Perfect match to original. Only took a little trimming to get the fit right.

Nice wood but lots of work to fit!
This stock set is very nice walnut but I disagree that it's "95% in-letted" I found that the lower tang area had not had any of the difficult to cut angle inlet work done and without an old stock to go by it would be very hard to do properly. Unless you have done this sort of work before, the inlet work and final fitting is something best left to a gunsmith if you purchase this stock set. That's why I can only give 3 stars. Honestly, unless you want the nice walnut wood upgrade, or are good with woodwork, buy a fully fitted or used "take-off" stock.

Winchester Ranger 30.30 Post 64
There is Major Fitting Required. Lots of material to be removed. The Stock Butt plate was totally cracked and bubbled. Will have to find alternative plate to replace. I was also told that the forearm was ready but also needs finishing. I was hoping the oil finish was nicer but will have to refinish after all the modifications

Does not fit
This will not fit without hours of trimming. I dropped it off at gun smith and it's gonna cost more than I paid for the stock to get it to fit the fire arm do not buy this

Does not fit.
Spend 160.00 for something you would think it would work. It does not fit.
