The Mayflower Pusher Chest Rig (UW GEN VI) was designed as a no frills load carriage solution for individuals that had a very specific load out to carry but also had to be able to quickly switch weapon platforms. The Pusher was designed to carry the following: issue radio (PRC-152, PRC-148, Motorola, or others), four rifle magazines (M4, 7.62x51 or 7.62x39 utilizing different inserts), pistol magazine, med kit or SAT Antenna and a multitude of smaller items in the front four pouches.

The body features an internal map pocket. The shoulder straps are 3" wide to provide longer term comfort during extended mountain patrolling and are adjustable for height on the front of the straps. All buckles are ITW-Nexus and all materials and workmanship are 100% made in the USA.

Nice Chest Rig

Product seems great. Haven't had a chance to train with it yet, but its comfortable, and also well designed and well made. The only thing I thought was a waste of money was the little zip up cover to be used over two of the mag pouch openings. Of course this is optional, but I will never use because real estate needed for mag pouches on the rig is at a premium. The radio pouch is also excessively large but that is due to the military heritage of the rig and still usable. I wish this Pusher option included the cover designed by Mayflower /Velocity which goes over a front armor plate.

Ive not used the rig enough yet to honestly give a review. But my experience with this one and its younger brother (with which I have tons of experience) has been nothing short of what you expect. Mayflower (now velocity) produces some of the best overt chest rigs available. If you need a survival or RECCE type rig, you wont be disappointed.
