Change my mind
I change my mind, from my previous review. I changed firearms, to a sig sauer, and the remaining ammo left, of over 500 rounds, performed well enough. No FTFs, did have 1 or 2 FTEs. Like I said, no dirtier than other cheap brass ammo. I actually grew to like shooting steel, in places where its not convenient to collect brass. And if you never have some sort of interruption on your firearm working flawlessly, how will you react, when it happens, when it matters? To me, its good training, to have ammo that wont work 100% of the time. I ordered another 1000 rounds. Have shot a couple hundred, and only had. Couple FTEs. Same in a S&W M&P Shield.

WINCHESTER HAS A WINNER
A friend gave me a box , Boy was I surprised. My S&W Core would put them in the same hole, if I could hold steady. Also did very well in Kahr pm9. Range shooting was shot at 7&15 yards. I have since found them in 500rd. case. I don`t know about the other bad reviews but that was not my exsperience.

Excellent Ammunition!
This ammunition is within a couple of pennies as inexpensive as the cheapest Russian ammo such as Wolf, Brown Bear etc. The Winchester USA Forged, however, is vastly superior. I have gone through 450 rounds without a single malfunction (gun used is a Ruger 9E) of any kind. The rounds burn clean and have pie plate accuracy @25 yards. The only reason for not buying these is because they are not reloadable. Other than that start stocking up before the panic really hits in November.

Great Range Ammo
Have fired over 2000 rounds thru M&P Core, Sig 320, 226, Walther PPQ, CCP without problems. I clean after each session and even though it may be a some dirty, the cost makes a little extra cleaning worth the money.

Finally an inexpensive ammo!
The trouble with being a gun enthusiast is how expensive it can be. But with this finally there is a relatively inexpensive American made ammunition that performs well. I've gone through several boxes and never had a single misfire or stoppage. Even my guns weren't as dirty as I would have expected having gone through several hundred rounds in a short time. I will be buying this ammo in bulk for my range time.

Didnt realize this was steel cased
For some reason, the description doesnt mention its steel cased, otherwise, I would have never ordered it. You can find 9mm brass cheaper than this. I have shot thousands upon thousands of 9mm, both cheap and expensive. I have never had any FTFs, but with this stuff, Ive had 2 within 500 rounds. It is however, no dirtier than your other cheap brass ammo. And I have not experienced any residue left over from the steel coating, left in the chamber. Seems accurate enough, but do experience more than expected FTLs.

Cheap but dirty steel case brass jacket
Pros: Cheap. Steel case keeps cost down and the jacket is brass so there is no confusion at the range. Cons: Had 2 duds out of 300. Also this will dirty your fingers up. This happened on more than one box.

Worst ammo ever
Bought this before noticing that it was steel cased. Have used Tula and wolf in the past so didnt think much about it once I did learn it was steel but boy was I disappointed on my first range trip. This is the dirtiest ammo ever. Cases are coated in a powdery gross film that makes your hands filthy even after loading one mag. Dose not feed well in any magazine I have tried (multiple handguns and also Mpa 9). I had tons of feeding and also extracting issues in all guns I have tried. Winchester should be ashamed to sell this.

Garbage
FTE, FTF you name it. The stuff burns dirty and the dry graphite lubricant they use is very dirty. Their customer service is also garbage, they reply to reviews on their website but does not follow up with action as they state they would.

Inconsistent manufacturing
I bought 600 rounds and it ran just fine in all of my 9mm. About 6 months later purchased another 300 and this batch WILL NOT run .....FTE on every round . Like another stated this batch the case is white and chalky . I tried in 4 guns all had problems. All had ran the first batch just fine . I don't know if the cases have oxidized or the coating is bad .......I will not buy again
