Wonderful tool
Ensure the pin is going into the primer, not the base of the shell before pulling hard on the handle. This thing will walk right through LC NATO crimps like a hot knife through butter. Hit the shell case bottom and pull hard... That will likely damage it. This thing is awesome. I like Lyman stuff.

Great decapper, regardless of cost
I own several different brands of universal decappers, including some that cost twice as much as this one. This one is my favorite, and I consider it the best. The biggest reason I like this unit so much is because the part in the middle that holds the decapping pin is tapered, so if you bring the case up to the die off center, it will push the case more towards the center, sometimes centering the case for you. The others have a flat spot that will hit the edge of the case and stop the ram, potentially dinging the edge of the case in the process. This unit is also tough. I have decapped thousands of rounds and have not bent or broken the original pin.

A Good Deal
If you're a reloader, you need a decamping die. The price is right on this, it works well, so get it!

Decap Pin
Did bend a pin trying to deprime a .223 with a heavy military crimp. Was able to bend it back without breaking it. Very strong steel !! Pin assembly is replaceable.

JUNK
I tried to remove the primer from a .223 and on the very first case the pin bent like a snail and broke. I would give it no stars if I could.
