It's back!!
Since I started reloading in the early 70's this was my go to pistol powder. I haven't been able to buy any since before 2019 and had to resort to other powders! Now it is back in stock, even if only in 1lb cannisters. What a relief. Hopefully the shortage is over.

I think that Brownells is the only place in the U.S. that has any right now. I love this powder because it works In all of my handguns. It is alot cleaner shooting than it use to be, but it is so versatile I didnt mind.
most versitle powder
If you are just starting out reloading this is a must buy, I've loaded handgun ammo in .380, 38 special, 357 mag, 9mm, 45 auto and .44 mag as well as 12 and 20 ga shotshells, Unique does a good job with all of them.
History tells the story
Im relatively new to reloading. Ive noticed this powder seems to be ubiquitous in data Im searching and from experienced reloaders as well. I used it for 9mm and myself and my son-in law like the cartridges Ive produced using this powder. Im sure if youre an experienced reloader youre not bothering to read the reviews on this product. And if youre new, youre reading it because youve heard the name cited over and over. There is a reason for that. Get it!

Huge fan of Unique, have used in everything from .38 Special to .44/40 and 45 Colt.
My Go-to powder
Used since the early 70s when I started reloading. It quickly became my mainstay for handgun calibers. I use it for everything from 9mm, 38 Special, 357 and 44 Mag, 45 ACP and Colt. Youcan light load or get magnum velocities with this powder.
The Best Pistol Powder Around!!
I've been using this powder for over 30 years. Alliant is a solid company. This is by far their best smokeless powder. I've used this in everything from 380. to 44 mag. hunting loads. It is the easiest to measure. Some have a problem with how it measures. If you do, you may need a new measure. Powder measures do wear out. I've replaced mine three times in 30 years. If you use 3 or 4 different powders, like I do, some powders can chew up your measures making them useless. As far as accurate, this has been the best in my load book. There is a reason why this powder is always out of stock. Brownells always comes through for me. :) Good Shooting To All!!
Great all around powder
This powder is great for both pistol and cast rifle loads. I get 1.5" groups from my 180 gr cast bullet .308 reloads, and great performance from my pistol loads-everything from .380-.45! If I had to choose one powder for everything this would be it hands down.
