I bought this because I needed to raise the sight on my 12 gauge and wanted a sight suitable for day and night use. The white portion is highly visible. The tritium portion needs to be brighter for me, but admittedly I don't have young eyes. I won't comment on installation because I did my own custom install with a shim. Build quality seems to be excellent. Wonder why they show a Trijicon sight in the picture?

This is a great item it shows up very well in low light conditions and I like to hunt in all kinds of weather conditions, even on those dull days.... I have one little fault I had to use thread lock....
