Item received was a return
Item was not new and unused. The mount had been previously installed and used. There were tooling marks on the qd lever adjustment screw and minor scratches from previous mounting of an ACOG. Though the supplied optics attachment screws were unused, the previous owner probably used the ACOGs OEM hardware. If it were new and unused, then I would warrant it a 5 star review.
