Reviews Summary
The TRIGGER GROUP COMPETITION PAK for GLOCK® is praised for significantly improving trigger pull, making it lighter and enhancing accuracy. However, multiple reviewers express safety concerns regarding trigger reset reliability, particularly when using all springs. A few users find it necessary to revert to factory springs due to light strikes or safety issues. Overall, it's a mixed experience, valued for performance yet alarming for safety.
What Reviewers Are Saying
Trigger Performance
70%
Reviewers frequently commend the kit for making the trigger pull significantly lighter, with reports of improved accuracy. It allows users to customize their Glock triggers affordably compared to complete aftermarket options. However, many note that using all included springs can lead to a very light trigger pull that feels unsafe.
Safety Concerns
65%
A substantial number of users highlight serious safety issues with trigger reset when using the full kit, particularly the potential for trigger safety to fail if the trigger is partially depressed and released. This raises alarm over the risk of accidental discharges, leading some reviewers to revert to factory spring settings.
Installation Experience
50%
Users generally report that installation is straightforward and easy, often facilitated by minimal tools. However, the ease of installation comes with the caveat of needing to ensure the safety mechanisms function properly, which some found lacking after installation.
Customization Options
60%
Many reviewers appreciate the ability to customize trigger pull by choosing which springs to install. This flexibility allows users to find a balance between pull weight and safety, with some opting to use only specific springs to mitigate safety risks.
Light Strikes
40%
Concern over light strikes is mentioned by users who experienced failure to fire with certain ammunition after installation. This has prompted several reviewers to rely on factory springs or a combination of the kit's springs with factory components to ensure reliability.

I put this product in all my glocks
Makes trigger pull around 3 to 3.5lbs or so. I only put 2 of the springs in. I leave the s spring out. When the s spring is in it is dangerously light, probably around 1.5lbs. Great product without spending lots of money on triggers that you might not like. Only bad thing is you still have the long reset, it does not take care of that. I recommend this product. I Have it in all my glocks and a similar product in my XD.

The Best
I have been using these for about 12 years in various glocks I use in competitions. The springs are excellent and I think last longer than the stock springs do. Lightens up the pull weight nicely to help with accuracy.

Makes a Glock perfect
This kit is the single greatest improvement you can make to a Glock trigger. I have used these kits FOR COMPETITION for 8 years in G-17, 19, 21 and 34, with and without the "3.5 lb." connector. I installed just the striker spring in a stock G-19 yesterday and made the gun 100% easier to shoot accurately. As with anything, you can over do it, but I have never found this kit or any part of it to be unsafe or have any undesired effects. Any gun can fire if something enters the trigger guard while holstering. The only thing that resets the "trigger safety" is gravity or inertia and the notion that this kit contributes to an unsafe condition is silly. It is harder to pull the trigger than to depress the "trigger safety."

Nice trigger
Love the Glock, not thrilled with the trigger pull. Dropped in a Ghost 3.5 trigger connector and ONLY the striker spring from this kit. Very nice trigger now. Not as nice as a tuned 1911, but compared to stock it is great. This way, everything else is still stock.

easy to install and made my trigger much lighter. love this kit

Scary light trigger
I installed this competition spring pack with a Ghost 3.5 Ultimate trigger connector---I ended up using only the trigger reset and safety block springs. With the 3.5 connector and these 2 springs my trigger is a nice 4-4.25 lbs. With the Wolff firing pin spring, the trigger ended up below 3.5 and the reset was very mushy. This is a carry gun, and as warned in the product description, these springs will give you a scary light trigger pull so I got exactly what I paid for. I would give full stars except for the mushy reset.

Great product
I have installed around 2 dozen of these kits and as stated above if all three are installed with a reduced power connector it does create a possible hazard. I depending on what the desired trigger pull weight is istall the safety plunger spring and the trigger spring or the safety plunger and the reduced power firing pin srping. I never install all three. I have had nothing but good results from these combinations and have never had a reported failure to fire with the reduced power spring.

Solid Tune-up Kit
I've used Wolff springs in several guns, and they provide a couple of much needed tweaks to the factory Glock trigger. A light takeup and much more noticeable, firmer second stage before the striker falls. Coupled with some polishing in the right places (or an aftermarket connector) this spring kit gives great results. While I have never had any issues with trigger return or firing pin safety engagement, I would still caution buyers to test the pistol extensively with and without the reduced power safety plunger spring, just in case.

Compromises safety; light primer strikes
I bought this Wolf competition spring set from Brownell's for a Glock 34. First, the trigger reset does not engage completely, which creates an unsafe condition. Secondly, I had about 10% light primer strikes on some Winchester white box ammo from Walmart that I had shot a couple hundred rounds with the same Glock 34 the weekend before and had no issues with the stock springs. I replaced the 4 lb Wolf firing pin spring with the stock spring and the trigger tab safety engages as designed. I will shoot it at a USPSA shooting match tomorrow to see if the light primer strike situation is also solved. (I gathered the ammo that had light primer strikes, and shot it successfully through a Glock 26 with factory springs. Only one round wouldn't fire.)

Beware of light primer strikes,
As many others have stated, this kit can produce a failed trigger safety situation. It was only after I installed the Lone Wolfe Ultimate trigger that I could safely use all 3 springs in the kit. However, I find that I have about a 20% FTF rate (light strikes) which is unacceptable in any situation and I had to reinstall the factory striker spring. I do use CCI primers which may well be the issue here as they are known to be harder.
