Helps counteract the painful effects of recoil using mercury, one of the heaviest, densest, liquid elements. Compact, permanently sealed, steel case is made from bar stock; the only moving part is the liquid mercury so there's no wear, no chance of leaks. Mercury's viscosity varies only 1% from 0 F. to 90 F. which means the recoil-fighting performance is consistent in almost all weather conditions. Stock models fit in the rifle or shotgun stocks and are drilled and tapped 1/4"-28 tpi for easy installation and removal.

The mercury tube is exactly the size described. The recoil reduction is massive. I have this inside a 300 weatherby magnum with a weatherby accubrake. The recoil is now like shooting a 243. Highly recommend this.

Most Effective Recoil Mediation

I put this un the stock of ny Savage 10, .308. Far better than just recoil pad. Would love to try this across several calibers. To .338 Lapua at least.

Wow!!!

Significantly reduced felt recoil on my .300 Win Mag!!!

Used as part of recoil reducton

Used this along with a brake and a soft recoil pad for a female that was recoil shy. Made a world of difference for her.

Does what it's supposed to do!

I have some arthritis in my shooting shoulder. I installed it in my 20gauge shotgun and it really tamed the felt recoil . With arthritis, you DO feel recoil! Pleasant to use it now Would recommend this , even if you DON'T hurt.j

I installed two of these in my fixed buttplate LR308 and has greatly reduced the recoil.

Made a difference

Installed on a Ruger Red Label for skeet shooting. At the end of 3 rounds, my shoulder didn't feel as beat up. It does add a significant amount of weight to the butt of the shotgun. I would definitely use this product again.

Excellent Recoil Reducing Option

Have installed on 300 Win Mag, 7mm-08, 30-06 and 12 gauge to reduce recoil. When coupled with a good recoil pad, will significantly tame the kick of any gun. Easy install. Downside is suppressor does increase weight for carrying weapon.
