Vortex Sport Cantilever Mount
Great price and fast shipping.
This mount is an improvement over their first sport mount.

Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Vortex Scope Mount
I returned this item due to the scope rings being spaced too far apart for my Nikon P-223 scope. It did seem to have the typical Vortex quality that you would expect, but I did not have the opportunity to actually test it out. Brownell's product return process was extremely easy and they even paid for the return shipping.
Excellent Product
Been using this cantilever mount with my Vortex Strike Eagle for over a year. No issues with mounting the scope or any issues since then while using it.
Vortex is a solid buy
This rifle scope mount is really easy to install and very durable. I built an AR-15 and fired over 200 rounds through it...this scope mount was on there since day one and it hasn't made any adjustments on its own. Definitely a great buy, I'm purchasing another here real soon.
It's Ok
Have used before, but i did send this one back and upgraded it for one of their Pro series cantilever mounts that are USA made, not Chinese.
It works, but does not really allow the use of BUIS, as the base takes up a lot of real-estate on the upper receiver.
Use if you are on a budget, but for 40ish bucks more the pro series is the way to go.
I don't want to go as far and say it is of poor construction because it works, and I have used one of these on a previous build. There is just a noticeable difference in the quality fit and feel of the Pro series.
Good design but can be better.
The mounting screws for rail are Allen head and strips easily. The one good thing is I called Vortex and they are sending replacement screws. Vortex should replace the Allen head with torx head screws.
