Quality
Exactly what I needed inch and a quarter...well made
Perfect for my Henry X model rifles
Perfect for my Henry X model rifles and Magpul MS1 sling. They maybe pricey, but I know that they won't fail, and that knowledge is priceless.
best swivels I have found
These are the only traditional sling swivels I recommend to my customers and the only ones I'll put on my rifles. They are made in the USA and are all metal. Some other brands use plastic. They hold up well.
Excellent 1.25 Swivel!
I bought this to install a Magpul MS1 on my 870 I built for home defense. It is attached to the sling swivel stud on the Remington magazine extension. On the other end, I have a QD socket and QD swivel installed in the side of the Mesa Tactical Urbino stock. It works great and looks and feel to be of a much better quality than a standard sling swivel. Time will tell if the coating is quality, but it appears to be of very good quality. The swivel is all metal, including the "locking nut", and is all one piece, except for the nut and part that swings open for attachment. I like the one piece design. I did not want the loop to be a separate piece and especially didn't want the loop to articulate. I only wish I was able to buy them in singles, but I am sure I am going to set up another shotgun the same way so the extra swivel will get used.
GROVTEC Swivels
I bought these swivels in order to mount a Turner rifle sling to my hunting rifle. The Turner sling is 1 1/4" in width, too wide to fit through a standard sling swivel on a hunting rifle. I shoot competitively, and I use a Turner sling, as do most guys who shoot the AR 15 in competition. These swivels proved to be perfect for the task. They are of good quality, just what one would expect for something advertised as mil spec. They are quick and easy to mount. I now have a Turner sling on my hunting rifle, and can use the sling as an aide in shooting, not merely as a carrying strap. I don't usually recommend any product, but I recommend this one.
Great product
Works great, doesn't rust. I'm buying this products again for my next rifle.
Well worth the money
I bought these swivels as they were the least expensive I could find. I needed a sling for my .22 so I gambled on these. They are a much better product than I expected. Actually, they are the equal to several other brands I own. Fit and finish are really good. Opening and locking screws/pins are solid. How well they will hold up to weather I am not sure but again for the price these are really great.
Made in USA
The best thing about these sling swivels, Made in USA.
No plastic used, and not supporting a communist country like CHINA when you purchase them. I lost some family members and friends in a war not long ago when our country the USA was fighting communist. Now we suck their d---.
Would you recommend this?
Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Dissapointed
I was very disappointed in these sling swivels. They seem cheaply made. The thread in the lock feels harsh as you turn it, as does the back and forth movement to attach/detach. I was replacing some Uncle Mike's swivels from 10-15 years ago which were lost with their sling during a move, and those were of much better quality. If you don't remove them often they may be OK, But they annoy me everytime I install/remove. I'll be waiting to replace them with Uncle Mike's when they become available. Only redeeming quality: they are cheap. But then again, not THAT much cheaper! Luisyamaha
