Good looking parts but do not work together with other brownells glock parts

Got this kit for the G17, a Brownells slide, and a Brownells Barrel. Slide hangs up and wont return to battery last 1/16th of an inch or so. Tapping with thumb will seat get the slide to RTB. Swapped my buddies true Glock G17 slide and barrel onto my gun, works fine. Same issue when I put my slide on his gun. There is some issue of tolerance stacking with brownells parts or something.
