To avoid adjusting your shooting rest top to accommodate different sized rifle forends, shooters often purchase an additional shooting rest top, post, and handwheel, allowing a quick-change without any adjustment or assembly. Shoot your wide forend varmint gun and then switch tops to sight in your favorite lightweight hunting rifle. Post is 1-14” threaded stainless steel for use with the Sinclair Competition Rest series only.

The handwheel is aluminum with black anodized finish with a stainless steel threaded insert designed for a gall-free lifetime of use. Handwheel utilizes 1-14” threads and is designed for use with the Sinclair Competition Rest series only.

Sinclair Competition Forend Stop Upgrade your existing Sinclair Rest top with our Sinclair Competition Forend Stop. The Sinclair Competition Forend Stop is fully adjustable for length (fore and aft), height, and cant. It works with current production Generation II rest tops (Benchrest and All-Purpose). Made with stainless steel fasteners and a Delron stop knob, it’s built for a lifetime of use.

Spare forward stop.

I shoot two different bolt action rifles off of my Sinclair competition rest. This kit comes with two different heights of stops. Suits me perfectly, the original did not have enough adjustment the kit comes with a tall and a short stop.

Very well made

I bought this to use on my Bald Eagle front rest and it fits the 3/8" rod perfectly. It tightens down on the rod just fine and stays nice and tight. Another great product from Sinclair.

Fits Bald Eagle stop rods;

I bought this stop to replace the OEM part that was included with my Bald Eagle rest. Fits perfect since rod diameter is also 3/8", regardless of flat-sided Bald Eagle rod. This stop is fully adjustable for cant and height, great replacement!!!

Forend Stop

This stop is for a 3/8" rod. The knurl wheel that tightens the stop to the rod doesn't tighten down adequately by hand. A little turn with a pair of pliers is needed. This is fine if you only shoot one weapon. If you shoot multiple weapons you'll need the pliers to secure the stop. Finer threads in the manufacturing of this stop might prevent the need of pliers.

Threads will not work with the hand wheel

Just recieved the hand wheel and threaded stud (shaft) The hand wheel will not spin on the rod , 1/4 turn max . I tried from both directions , just won’t go, will look at it more when I have the time .
