Required for Sight Pro

This SHOE is required for each different make of handgun you want to use with the Sight Pro. I would have down graded the Sight Pro for this except for the fact that each shoe is very inexpensive. The Sight Pro setup is a bit of an effort, more complex than other brands, but it is a sturdy device. Overall, it’s a much cheaper approach than buying a specific sight pusher for each different handgun you own like make in the old days. I’ve taken one star off for the setup process.

Glock slide shoe

Used to install or remove sights from listed Glock models or close copies of Glock slides. Like those Glock slides made by Brownells. Essential to do the job using MGW Sight Pro tool. Only disadvantage is limited function. Only works with Glock models listed. If using an unlisted model, you have to buy a new specific slide shoe. For other brands of guns, the same problem. Must buy a specific shoe for that make and model. If make and model are not listed at all, you must send in the slide to MGW (insured) to have a custom slide shoe made. This may take several weeks. MGW made the shoe for free. Shoe and slide returned in good condition. Still have to pay for shipping slide and shoe. I did this for the Remington RP45. No complaints. Had to also buy a low mount pusher block for the RP45 front sight. This may happen with other makes and models. I would purchase again.
