Magic!!!

I picked up my SIG 1911 today and put in this trigger kit. The trigger pull went from 5 1/4 pounds and gritty to 4 pounds and crisp. The difference is night and day. I am so glad that I bought this kit. Some people say to take out the Series 80 components, I say hogwash. With this kit you end up with a great trigger and the added safety of the firing pin block, even if that isn't needed.

Installed in my Regent R200S

If you have a series 80 and have installed a c&s trigger enhancement kit, it isn't complete until you've installed this kit! You'll be saying, man that's smooooth.

It's good as gold.

Put this on a Gold Cup, it did improve the trigger overall. Combined with a trigger kit I got to a safe and clean 3.5 lbs. This is better than some new Gold Cups.

Awesome, 1.25lb drop

Works great, excellent fit in Sig TTT, dropped 1.25lbs. I had already polished the internals and bent my sear spring from 5.5lbs to 4.5lbs. Dropped this in and now have 3.25lbs.

It works after couple of shots

After putting this kit into a Colt 1991, the trigger lbs was still the same at 6.5. After a couple of rounds at the range it went down to 5.75.

Smooth Trigger

Pieces are a nice gold color except they are mostly hidden from view. I installed the parts on a Para P16 with help from online videos and the install took me about an hour of taking my time. The trigger does feel lighter and smoother.

Big difference, no more creep

I admit to being a big Cylinder and Slide fan already. I recently picked up a Remington R1, my first 1911 with a Series 80 Firing Pin Safety. The trigger pull was okay but the creep caused by the safety was noticable. I just dropped this kit into the stock pistol and all the creep was gone. All the benifits of the firing pin safety without the negative, well worth the price.

Mostly fits Taurus

The kit feels like it helped somewhat, but the firing pin plunger is about .003" too large to fit my ss Taurus; to be fair, C&S website says it fits Colt & Para.
