Works With Ruger RXM
Milt Sparks makes some of the finest leather available. Retention is good and fit and finish are top notch. I carry it at a 3 o’clock position and it conceals nicely. I carry a Ruger RXM and it doesn’t fit quite as tight as an actual Glock 19 but it’s still adequate; I attribute that to the difference in the shape of the trigger guard not quite matching up to the Glock used to mold the holster.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Summer Special II and all Milt Sparks products for that matter. It’s nice they are available at Brownell’s and you don’t have to go through several months of waiting to receive it. Maybe they should offer the Versa Max as well (hint hint).

Great Holster/Small Belt Loop
The Summer Special II is an excellent holster and it fit my GLOCK 26 perfectly. Unfortunately, the belt loops didn’t work with a couple of the belts I use for concealed carry. The snaps on the loops are directional and there wasn’t enough room left to close the snaps. Similarly, the thickness of one of my gun belts made is such that it couldn’t be threaded through the loops when the snaps were already closed. The snaps closed if I used a thin 1.5” gun belt, but was hit or miss with my thicker leather and nylon 1.5” gun belts.
The holster would be better if the belt loop was slightly bigger to accommodate thicker belts and I’d prefer the loops to be black rather than tan, since I typically wear black belts.
Best IWB holster made, in my opinion. Comfortable wear all day long.
