Not What I Expected
While the title is accurate, it’s a bit misleading. My Pietta manufactured Cimmaron already had an excellent action. I bought this for the added durability of the wire type cylinder lock and trigger return spring vs the spring steel. I bought the entire kit for backup parts too. While I had the piece down I installed the mainspring as well. Well, to my dismay these parts increased the amount of pressure to back the hammer as well as raising weight of the trigger. These are high quality parts, just not going to get both increased reliability and superior feel. I like the decrease in lock time the heavier main spring added but the action felt more like a factory stock New Model Ruger than any thing else. I have plans for these parts, just going to gather some more stuff before I start.

Solid spring set, but don't expect magic
I bought 2 of these kits to install into a pair of Taylor's & Co Smoke Wagons. Taylor's really does a great job with their products so the difference after changing the springs wasn't as impressive as I'd imagined. The Wolff springs are definitely high quality and do exactly what they advertise to do, but after replacing the springs on one gun then comparing to the other in the original configuration, it wasn't much better. In fact, I had my wife and son test them side by side and one said they liked the new springs better and one liked the old springs better. The main spring does give the hammer a slightly lighter draw, but both guns were already very smooth right out of the box (and no, they are not the deluxe or Taylor Tuned models). The ejector rod spring doesn't feel any different, the increase power cylinder rod release spring is a nice touch, and the wire trigger/cylinder stop spring is a little more stout than the factory spring. I also ordered a Wolff flat trigger spring to compare and contrast but haven't gotten to it yet. Overall, I'm glad I purchased the kit as the springs do appear to be higher quality than the originals, but depending on the condition of the revolver you're putting them in the results can range from amazing to meh. A legit trigger job is in the works for both as well as some other goodies but if your gun needs new springs, these are the ones to get.

Great for CAS
Really smoothed a pair of Ubertis, one from Cimarron and one from Taylor's. Easy to install and the made the action light and smooth. No issues with factory ammo or Winchester primed reloads.

Easy to install
Got this kit for Cowboy Fast Draw and it really makes a difference. Very easy to install, and here's a tip: If any of the screws are stuck use some freeze spray on them -- I used some electronics spray. Shrinks the screw and it comes right out.

Shooter's Action Job
For most shooters, other than those in that top 10% who demand the 'Best Action Jobs',,,,,,I advise replacing the factory parts with the Wolff spring kit as most will be amazed at how light the action is, and have seen these springs compared to some $100 'action jobs' where someone stoned hammer and trigger, reworked the hammer spring (some actually do that rather than buy a spring,, and some do so by making the spring THINNER which leads to breakage. After trying the Wolff kit, Then if they want the Action worked worked on,,, go on to a better action job. About 70% stop with the Wolff Springs.

Made a world of difference...
I replaced the trigger spring and main spring in my Cimarron model P with these springs and was amazed at the difference. Not only is the trigger pull lighter, the hammer is now smooth as glass. I'm ordering another set for my left hand gun and a couple sets for my friends. No loss of ability to forcefully strike the primers either.
