I've installed Volquartsen accurizing kits in multiple guns. This last kit was for a new 22/45, and it met all my expectations based on previous purchases. Improved trigger pull (less creep, smoother, lighter) significantly. Highly recommended.

Great Upgrade
The factory trigger was not great on my MKIV but I have used this brand to upgrade another firearm and was very satisfied. I watched the brownells video on the installation and from the manufacturer it made the installation pretty simple. Some parts of the installation were a little frustrating due to the small size of some of the parts. I would suggest anyone installing this yourself to have some small needle nose players and a punch to line up parts. Tigger has no creep & a clean break.

Kit arrived without delay and as advertised installation was straight forward.

Bit of a difficult install, but after doing many things wrong I finally got it. Losing parts was my first concern, lots of small bits, but somehow I managed to keep everything intact. The Volquartsen website is helpful, but doesn't have perfect instructions. After a bit of failure, I figured it out. You must have needle nose pliers for installing the sear, spacer and spring, other than that not a lot of tools needed, other than the 2 allen keys that come with the kit.
After that, wow. The stock trigger is a bowl of mush, the Volquartsen is a night and day difference. Probably about 2 pounds, and super crisp. Even now, looking at the leftover Ruger bits, the fit and finish of the Volquartsen parts is obvious.

Mk 4 trigger
This trigger makes gun much easier to hit smaller targets, its a little harder to install than the earlier guns triggers but well worth the effort as my mk4 now has the best trigger pull of any of my 22 auto pistols

Mark IV Trigger Improved
Great quality parts, installed following instruction video on VQ site, trigger pull vastly improved, very happy with the outcome. Brownells had a good price on sale, delivery was fast.
Great Upgrade
After installing this upgrade on a MKIV 22/45 my trigger pull went from + 5lb gritty trigger pull
to 2.4 lb smooth trigger pull, about the best upgrade you can do for this pistol. This is a must have if you are going to do any target shooting. Love it.
