v block tactical solution

installed in my 10/22 heavy barrel and laminate stock. after installing this block the groups got much smaller even though this gun shoots well. at 25 yards got 10 shoots in less than a dime size hole. gun would even have smaller groups but at 70 not as steady as I would like. buy it, it really makes a big difference.

I was sorely NOT impressed with Ruger's current quality of manufacture in the latest 10/22 as I owned one (and STUPIDLY SOLD IT) over 30 yrs ago that was excellent right out of the box. That being said... I prefer / demand one-hole groups out of my systems and my current 10/22 wouldn't hit chit. I installed the Tact-Solutions V-Block at 50 lbs / inch torx while noticing the obvious better quality and tighter barrel to receiver fit and managed a 1.5 - 2" group at 100 yds. At 64 that's just down right WORTHY !

well made product

I JUST BOUGHT A TACSOL BARREL AND WANTED TO GET THE V-BLOCK WITH IT. IT IS A TIGHT FIT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE SOME CARE WHEN INSTALLING IT AS THE ALLEN KEY HOLES ARE A TIGHT FIT.IT IS BETTER THAN THE STOCK RUGER V-BLOCK.IF YOU ARE GOING TO REPLACE THE BARREL THIS IS A MUST HAVE PART.

Tac Solutions V-Block

removed the barrel band and sanded my 10/22 stock down a little to free float the barrel. Got it where the barrel was just touching the stock. Added the Tac Solutions V-block and now the barrel is free floating above the stock right where I want it.

Great Part

I had originally purchase a different brand of v block and it did not preform as advertised but this one does. Dropped right in and actually free floated the barrel. My only wish is that they made a blued version but that's just me.
