Perfect
My trigger was set at about 5 or 6 lbs. it just took way to much pressure to get it to break before. With these new reduced power springs it breaks around 2 lbs. Its much more accurate now. The trigger is much lighter and smoother now. If you have a 10/22 buy these springs and put them in it, you will be glad you did. There are plenty of videos to help you with installation. You will also have the opportunity to give your rifle a thorough cleaning while you have it apart.

Typical Wolff Quality
High quality springs. Typical of Wolff. This kit works very well. I didn't use the hammer spring, as the factory spring is plenty strong enough, but I will save it for a back-up. The sear spring and trigger return spring did the trick. The trigger on my rifle was already pretty crisp. Just heavy. These two springs cut the pull to about one third of its original weight. It feels pretty good now.

Reduced Power spring kit by Wolff
The factory 10/22 trigger on newer rifles are horrible! Purchased this and installed the sear and trigger return springs. Didn't use the increased hammer spring as I've never had issues with light strikes. Along with polishing the sear engagements with 4000 grit wet dry it breaks like glass. My trusty trigger pull gauge says 3.1 lbs. That's very acceptable for a plinking / hunting rifle. For those who might be leary about doing this yourself go to YOUTUBE as there are plenty of videos on disassembly of the trigger group.

Easy to install
Went in easy with no custom fitting required. Only a slight pull increase so i didn't throw my accuracy at the range when shooting free-hand.

Comes w/3 springs, 1 is too long.
Comes w/xtra pwr. hammer spring, reduced pwr. sear spring, & xtra pwr. trigger spring, which @ full compression is about 1/12" too long. Though, if you slowly, painstakingly shorten the trigger de-tints nose (yeah, putting that assbly. back together 8-10 times really sucks), to use trigger spring, end result is a custom fit trigger stop (yeah!!) or, order the factory Ruger spring Brownells sells separately. For a full trigger job, decrease sear overlap, hone & polish before setting trigger stop. Don't forget a new factory recoil spring/rod assbly. too!

This is what you want
I add this kit to a Power Custom ADJUSTABLE hammer, sear and trigger kit, then shim with LC Shively shims for the very best OEM 10/22 Trigger Group that I can build. trigger pull is usually 2.5 lbs or less with externally adjustable creep and over travel.

Reduced power spring kit
My stock trigger measure 6 lb 3 oz and after I installed the kit it went down exactly 1 lb. Its not worth the effort. I used a digital trigger gauge. I took the average of 5 pulls.
