Charging handle
This charging handle is perfect. My wife has arthritis and couldn’t charge the Ruger 1022 with the stock charging handle so I purchased this in hopes that it would help. Sure enough it did. I highly recommend if you have any type of issue with your hand such as gripping issues.

Good bolt for LTR and hunting
I have used this bolt on 3 Liberty Training Rifles built for Appleseed, with a BX trigger, Auto bolt release, Beyers Barrel, Tech Sights, Houge Overmold Stock and GI cotton sling. And 2 hunting rifles with the same parts except using a Tacital Solutions barrel and Bushnell 3-12 rimfire scope. the large bolt handle works great when you are shooting timed events and hunting in the winter with gloves on. I have not had any of the fitting issues others have described. I have used these in Ruger and Brownells receivers. I will buy these again.
3rd Time is a Charm
I have used this on 3 of my own rifle. I have two in black and one in SS. I have used this charging handle on my limited riffle for NSSF Rim Fire matches. I have used on two rifles with scopes. It make charging and clearing malfunctions so much easier than dealing with the smaller stock charging handle. Beyond ease of use, the rod operates smoother than the stock rod. I have spent a lot of time polishing stock op rods but with this charging handle the rod doesn't bind or ratchet like the Ruger charging handle. It is also significantly cheaper than the Volquartzen and seems to work just as well.
Great for larger hands
The first thing I thought when it arrived was "Wow this thing is big." this thing is massive compared to the original, but with that in mind, if you have larger hands, or put a scope on your rifle this handle makes it incredibly easy to find and charge.(it fits larger fingers like a glove). The 10/22 I brought this for was brand new, dropped it in and it cycled just as well as the original, alittle bit differently though... I noticed that the original handle had more force as you let the handle slide forward, wheras this handle seems to take a little more force to pull back, and slightly less forward force. Have not yet put any rounds through this new handle, so i cant say how well it performs.
Awesome
It was an easy install and the handle fit perfectly in my 10/22. It is solid and well made. When first installed, I did a basic function check. The bolt did seem a little sluggish and move a little slower. I shot about 20 rounds with 1 failure to extract. Can't say if it was the charging handles fault or not. I removed the bolt and charging handle to clean the gun and inspect. There was some rub marks on the handle where it meets the top of the receiver. I just used some 600 grit wet sandpaper and polished the area of the handle where it was rubbing. Also gave the edges a slight radius because they were very sharp. The bolt ran smooth and fast again. Shot another 50 rounds with out a hitch. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase.
Excellent product
I tried the Volquartsen charging handle first because of the name and reputation. It didn't deserve the stellar reputation, not the charging handle at least. It didn't fit length wise and it didn't fit on the receiver well. I had to mill it, and even then it never seemed sturdy. Which leads me to the Superior Concepts charging handle. Purchased it, received it and had it installed with no additional fitting needed in 5 minutes. Dropped right in and gives a VERY NICE feeling when charging the 10/22. This really is a superior product. I couldn't be happier with it. Super sturdy too.
High Quality
I have stocky hands, so I needed a charging handle that I could grasp firmly. The quality in construction is a lot better than I had expected. It definitely performs better than the factory charging handle as well. I highly recommend replacing the factory charging handle to this one. [...]
My Favorite Charging Handle.
Extremely well made, looks very sexy and functions flawlessly. The handle dropped right in and the gun runs great. It is extremely fast to aquire when running drills and the gun shoots and shoots shoots.
Good product
Will require fitting if installing in 10/22 in troy t-22 trx stock.
Requires Extensive Modification to Fit
After about 20 minutes with a file I finally got this charging handle to fit in my stock 10/22 receiver. While this products looks great and feels solid I needed to remove a lot of material so that my bolt would cycle completely and not bind on the receiver
