Easy Peasy

Slid right in my BRN-22 receiver with only the slightest bit of lube, and none of the problems mentioned by a few other reviewers - no need to chamfer the leading edge, grind a flat, or use a vise. Just finger pressure, and a few taps with a plastic mallet at the end to coax the pin flush. Should have bought the 3-pack.

Wow well worth the money

I purchased a tuffe buffer for my Ruger back 16-17yrs ago and a when I torn the gun down back about 6 months ago I was kinda shocked to find the buffer in pretty much brand new shape, no degradation of the buffer, no cuts or splitting, writing was still readable. The buffer is well made and 1 will probably last forever. This made the action on my gun super quite and it also reduced the recoil. Fairly easy to install if you know how to field strip the gun. Ive shot about 2000rnds on my buffer and it's like new.
