Rig Is the Stuff
I put this stuff on all my guns and knifes before putting them away in the safe. It’s been around forever. My father was a Gunners Mate in the navy and used Rig. I trust with anything that could rust

Works great
I’m a gunsmith and I specialize in high quality metal finishes, specifically Rust bluing. Rig grease is a great way to finish up a high quality finish on guns. Basically I’m rusting the metal to color it, Rig grease takes the problem of letting it cure properly away. Previously I tried oiling the metal with sporadic results, this product helps me keep the odds on my side.
great price
I bought this to refresh my Rig-Rag, it works great for wiping down my guns for storage.
rig grease
use it in my shop it's ok
Good preservative for firearms
RIG has the reputaion for being a superior preservative for long term storage of guns, which it deserves. I use it for storing my guns between the end ofnhunting season and the beginning of the new year of hunting. It does its job well, i have never had a problem with rust when using RIG.
Superior Product
I have used Rig on all of my firearms since I bought my first new gun, a Remington 1100, back in 1984. This particular gun looks just as new as it did in 1984. In 34 years of using Rig I have never had even a spec of rust on my firearms.
The only rust inhibitor I use.
It also works well in a pinch as a lubricant for firearms and field gear, and as a medium for removing rust with fine steel wool.
Great For An AR-15
I purchased this just on a hunch... instead of bearing grease of course. LOL Now i use it on every firearm I own.It makes my XDM's slide operate as if it was on ice. Great Product
Rig
I use RIG in my Remington 742 Woodsmaster 30-06 in the cam bolt. Xcellent high pressure grease for the bolt never had a jam or FTF I've been using it for 35 years. RIG RULES. Steve
