Always work when you need them. I will buy these again when they become available
Remington 7 1/2 small rifle primers
I've been using Rem. 7 1/2 small rifle primers exclusively for my .223 bolt action rifles for over 10 years. Always give me consistent and accurate results. Good to see they are becoming available again. Miss the lower prices from several years back though.
Had them in stock amazing
Very hard to get because all the newbies that couldn't find ammo and got in to reloading I was surprised to see you had them price was a little extreme twice what they used to be but is what it is keep up the good work will definitely by more as soon as they are restocked
excellent accuracy so far
I use these in a 6.5 PCC, a 6.5 mm wildcat round that uses 223 brass, so far in my load testing with this new round it has proven to be the most accurate and consistent, when compared to identical loads with different primers, and it gave me the 2nd fastest velocities, beat by the cci450 primers by only 30 fps avg. My AR15 has trouble with hard primers like wolf the will not alway fire, there was no problem with these primers.
Excellent Results!
I use these to start 94 grains of Retumbo and a 200 gr bullet in a 300 RUM with very good results. Consistent 3 shot strings with an extreme spread in velocity of less than 20 fps over a chronograph indicate the primers (and the rest of the components) are doing their job well. I've measured the mass of 10 piece sample size across my Denver Instruments scale and have seen slighly better mass consistency than comparible primers from other manufacturers although it was probably within the experimental error. Based on my experience, these are at least as good or better than any other large rifle magnum primer I've loaded.
