A must if you wear glasses.

These replacement pads are super comfortable and are a must if you wear glasses. They will not sweat your ears like the factory pads.

These should replace the factory pads.

Very easy to install. Be sure to search YouTube, all you need is a penny to pop off old pads and press/click-in the new pads. Not sure why these gel-pads are not the standard already installed from the factory when you buy a new headset. These are so comfortable with eye-pro, these gel-pads need to completely replace the original foam-pads that cause pain with eye-pro and leave a gap for sound to seep through. These gel pads are the way to go.
