Easy to install and makes racking much easier in the un cocked position.

Wolff Kit #26520

This worked great when I swapped out the ILS mainspring housing to a STD housing. Note. If you have a Springfield this kit will not work. You must change out the factory ILS housing to a more standard colt style. The internal parts are different due to the locking system.

All you need to tune action. Right on spec's! Just install each one 'til you get the trigger pull you want. Wollf is on my list of 1911 products!

"reduced power spring" don't think so!

was to replace the old 'reduced power' mainspring by Wilson combat i have--but unfortunately not going to work. first review was right.

Springs are too long

I bought this three pack for my new Springfield TRP. The springs are difficult to install because of their length and once they are installed will not allow the hammer to be cocked because the springs stacks and will not compress any more. I'm not sure if this Springfield hammer spring housing is different, but I doubt it. All three springs are the same length so I don't think Brownell's made a mistake. Bottom line is they are worthless unless you cut them down and I could have done that with the original spring. BTW the original spring is shorter.
