I've recently got into the AR platform, and high-volume reloading, and I tried X-Terminator on a recommendation from a friend who does varminting on a regular basis.
In my use-case, this powder fits the bill perfectly. I use a Redding BR-30 for my powder dropper, and this powder is wonderfully consistent through it. It's been great for making large-batch ammo for range trips, and for trying to hone down a load for precision hunting.
Another bonus is that this powder burns exceptionally clean, especially for the AR-platform

Decent replacement for 2230
Like to use this powder when Accurate 2230 is not available. Good low cost replacement and similar in loading.

A pretty good powder for .223 Rem
With the scarcity of Varget and IMR 4064, I decided to give X-terminator a try and load some .223 ammo. I was delighted to find that it shot well (21.7g., 69g. Sierra MK) but when I cleaned my rifle, I found it was carboned up just a little more than when using Varget and 4064. It is also spherical, fine grained and measures out well. My only concern was it left the AR15 a little more carboned up than the other powders I used.
