Easiest, Quickest Bore Sight Tool
I’ve used 3 different types and this is the best one for me. I was on paper at 100 yds for my AR and .270 this week after changing a few scopes around
Would you recommend this?
Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Best scope zeroing tool ever
I have used this laser bore sighter plenty of times for different rifles and it is so easy to get on paper to start and then to zero at 25 yards is simple. Use the supplied reflective target as your aim point at 25 yards (which is the limit for seeing the dot, which is green, in the daylight). I set my rifle in a sled and attach the laser to the barrel and center the scope reticle on the target and then adjust the elevation and windage to center the dot in your reticle. Fire the gun (After you take the laser off the end of the barrel) and you should be about dead on at 25 yds. Then go out to a 100 yds. and zero there. You will already be on paper, and this devise is fast and easy.
A single item for many guns
This is a great laser bore sight for getting your rifle on target (on the paper). We use it in our gun shop to get a scope aligned with the bore. Since we started using it we have had many more customers satisfied with our sight alignments. If the barrel or flash hider/muzzle brake are not steel the magnet will not hold the bore sight . You can estimate centering the magnet and hence the bore sight.
Quick and easy
Fast and painless way to bore site most long guns.
Great bore sighter
I currently have the old style Bushnell plus two versions of laser bore sighters that are inserted into the muzzle. All three of those work to some degree. However, this sighter is substantially quicker to use and works better than any I have used. Works on AR platforms regardless of sighting system. Even used on one handgun! Only issue i have encountered was an aluminum muzzle brake on a 22 LR. Naturally, aluminum is not magnetic. So, i just pulled brake off and all was good again! My best bore sighter!!!!
Easy to use
Easy to use and a strong magnet to hold it tight on the barrel. Follow instructions and you will be on the paper close enough that it won't take too many rounds to be on the money. Only bad draw back is it is kinda hard to see on a bright sunny day. I would suggest the green Lazer for those kind of days
Not visible
Boresighter is built well but you cannot see red laser during the day even when overcast. This may work well with indoor ranges but does not seem viable for outdoors unless in very low light.
