what kind of file is flexible!?

Can't file squat with this piece of garbage. I bought these files to fit my trigger into an 80% 4140 1911 frame. The problem is the file bends when you put even a little amount of pressure on it. I'm sure given easier access to w/e you want to file, it may work pretty well, but i needed a NEEDLE file to get into a tight trigger track! I'm almost tempted to tell brownells I want my money back.
