Works great!
Very controlled and easy finish to work with. I just hand rub it with a finger. No real problems with dust nibs because the finish is so thin and rubbed in.

perfect repair
I've had problems with oil finished guns from Rizzini and Syren used here in Florida, gloss disappears quickly when exposed to humid conditions, very disappointing considering the price point of the guns Following the manufacturers recommendation to apply BLO failed miserably at restoring the finish, ditto for Watco, Clenzoil, wax and other products suggested by others until I gave this a try. Applied by hand similar to BLO this blends perfectly and dries to a nice gloss finish and has held up to handling over time, I will never use anything else.

Good finish , easy to apply
As a custom flintlock builder, I have used this product on several guns. Applies easily, multiple coats build up easily with no runs. Makes a satin look like an old time oil finish. Weather resistant.

Great Product-Only Finish I Will Use
I use a wipe on method which is lengthy but I get results that look like it has been sprayed on. Best finish that I have used.

Easy to apply
The finish is easy to apply by simply rubbing it into the stock with your fingers. Allow to dry overnight, hit with some steel wool and re-apply. The level of finish is easily obtained based on the number of coats applied. The amount of gloss is easily determined by lightly buffing with steel wool when finished.

Great stock finish
Ive used this stock finish on multiple projects over the years. I decided to try this after having a bad experience discovering that Tru Oil is not waterproof. I chose this product specifically because of polyurethane component. This finish requires numerous coats but works very well if you put in the time and effort. It will be glossy after it dries. I used steel wool to dull the finish on several projects. So far it is still holding up well after years of use.

Easily Adjustable for final finish
I have used many different oils for many different applications and tried numerous amounts of finish styles. This is not a TRU OIL it will not build up and leave a Poly Look. I have found that between coats wet sanding and polishing can either take my finish to a high gloss or a matte depending on the amount of oil i use. I allow 2 days in between coats making sure oil has cured a bit. As i add more coats i use less and less oil and rub a lot longer. I wet sand with 600 and polish with 0000 wool and apply very thin finish coat. Everyone finds a technique thats different but this is what works best for me. Takes almost a Month to really do a good job. included is a picture of the stock with intial coat of oil dried and ready for next coat
