POLYTAC LED HANDHELD LIGHT

POLYTAC LED HANDHELD LIGHT Reviews & Ratings

Compact, ultra-lightweight hand-held light packs powerful C4 LED technology to deliver a super-bright 600 lumen (11,500 Max Candela) beam. Features a rugged, high-impact polymer body, with deep grasping grooves for a non-slip grip. O-ring seals make the light waterproof down to 1 meter for 30 mins. The LED lamp is far more resistant to shock than traditional filament lamps, and has a 50,000 hour lifetime expectancy. Push-button switch in the tailcap provides one-handed momentary or constant-on operation. Rotate the cap to “lockout” off position to prevent accidental activation and battery run down. Provides 2.75 hours of continuous runtime on High with 214m beam distance on two batteries. Run time on Low is 65 hours.

SPECS: Reinforced nylon polymer. Unit is 5.34” (13.56cm) long, 1" (2.5cm) O.D. 4.2 oz. (119g) wt. Two CR-123A lithium-ion batteries included.

Dollar for dollar, one of the best deals
I carry this on my duty belt daily. Light weight, super bright 120 lumens Good battery life, water resistant, and low price. What's not to like ! Also makes a great light for hunters.
5
Great light for the price.
This light is everything I expected for a light in this price range. It is rugged, very bright and seems to withstand anything I do to it. I have dropped it several times and it hasn't missed a beat. I will be back to buy another.
5
Best light for the price
Looking for the best value in a flashlight for on the duty belt. $30 less than the G2LED and every bit as good.
5
Cost effective / Durable
For half the price of the competitors similar lights I get better quality and a BRIGHTER LED!
4
Not really a 1" flashlight
I bought this for use as a weapon light for a shotgun. The light itself works great and is very bright, a lot of light for the price, simple controls, little to go wrong. But it is not really a 1" light. Only the tailcap measures 1". The main body of the light is smaller, about 15/16" and does not fit properly with most 1" mounts. Clamping to the tailcap seems a bit precarious, will see how it holds up under recoil as soon as I have a chance to get to the range. It's a 5 star flashlight but a 1 star description, so I only give it 4 stars.
2
Bright but poorly made
Although the light output of this flashlight is impressive, the construction of the product is not. Streamlight lists it as "assembled in the USA" which means that its componenets are probably mostly from china. The switch is very clunky and the plastic feels cheap (almost slimey). The metal sleeve inside the body is very flimsy and simply bent over to make battery contact. I would not trust my life to this flashlight.
