Great Jag
I recently discovered the PH style jags and must say they are awesome. For those that have never used these you wrap the patch around the sides of the jag. The built in teeth help keep it there. You can really get carbon and copper out quickly with these and a little bore cleaner like JB non embedding bore paste or similar. Make sure you buy the right style. Most cleaning rods will use a male end, Dewey makes male and female style rods and jags.
Best jag style
Absolutely the best style jag for cleaning your barrel. The amount of patch to barrel contact is unmatched.
Cleaning jag
Well made and works great!
Awsome Jag
These work great, much better than Tipton. Seem to keep the patch in better contact with bore. You also don't have to worry about tearing the patch since it doesn't have the needle tip.
Better way of pushing patches
Some older .22 rifles the patch is put on like a diamond, newer .22's and a new .223 the patch goes on like a square. It is so easy to adjust the patch to fit the barrel.
Best jag ever
Without a doubt the best bore jag I've ever found. Much more effective than loops and other jags. Instead of looping a patch or punching it through the bore. You wrap the PH jag with the patch and run the bore. The effect is that you get much more patch to bore surface contact. You'll cut the cleaning time and use fewer patches. Just make sure you have the right size patches for the barrels you're cleaning.
