"Go-To" magazine
I carry the SIG P365 SAS off duty and on duty as a back-up weapon. This magazine provides the same capacity as a Glock 19, but in a much more compact weapon system. The extra length on the magazine also provides a more positive hand placement and control over the weapon. Overall an incredible magazine. I carry three of these magazines on me and keep the 2x factory 10rd magazines in my carry bag. This puts 46rds at my fingertips should I need. I recommend purchasing multiple to give yourself the best advantage.
Excellent Product
I have 5 of the 15 round magazine. They are quality built, very durable, smooth insert and ejection. I have more than 1500 rounds without a single failure. Easy to change out the spacer.
Not a lot to say...
It's factory, it fits, it works. I have two of these that are used every range session. Well over 1000 through the gun with no issues. The only thing that puzzles me is why anyone, other than those who live it restricted 10rd max states, anyone would buy the 10rd with a finger rest instead of this. The actual difference in length is less than 1/4 inch. The flush 10 for max concealment when needed, and a 12 spare, or if carrying under a coat, a 12 and a 12 back. The 10 with a rest that came with my gun will be traded to someone for one of the other two versions at some point.
Does not include the XL baseplate
Order was handled fine, but it did not include the base plate to make it suitable for the P365 XL. Sig's website said it was included from them but it was not in this package. Brownell's customer service was good and approved a return but fortunately Sig is sending me two XL base plates. Just be advised these are not suitable for the XL.
Will not hold 12 rounds
Have purchased this same product some time ago. I have read on blogs that it only holds 11 rounds. But, since the one I have loads fine, I purchased another. This one bottoms out without enough room for the last round. I even bent the depresser arm on my UPLULA trying to get the 12th round in. There simply is not enough room for the last round. Bottom line: only 11 rounds fit in this one.
It looks used
The one I recieved had marks from being invested and dropped. It also slips back when I grip it. I haven't fired it yet to know if it even feeds right. Brownells didn't ship it with tracking numbers. I had to call to get it reshipped. On top of all that they are expensive as all get out on the 12 round mag. You can get it from sig at 49. Last month sig was giving a discount on top of that.
