Great mags

OEM sig P226 mags, what more can you ask for. a note for people noticing the 2012-2013 one star reviews. this was right around the time that Sig added Checkmate onto their roster for making OEM mags, and people were baulking because they weren't the Mec-Gar mags. they're both OEM sig mags, just made from two different manufacturers. they share the same UPC and OEM codes, so it will be luck of the draw which one you get. both work and function just fine

Great Magazine p226 9mm Legion

Works flawlessly same exact magazine that came with my p226 9mm Legion made in the USA which came with 3 magazines

Great Mag for intended gun

226-9 TACOPS are shipped with four of these. These Sigs are designed to use these. I have never had a malfunction or know of any in TACOPS guns.

Sig SAUER P226 mag

I bought a couple of Sig Sauer magazines. The 15 round does not lock the slide back when empty. Other than that they work well.

20 rounders

Got 4 to use at work and had problems w/all 4. First, on the last round fired the slide did not lock back with any of these mags. On 3 of them, after firing the fist 2 rounds, the mags were ejected and the top round went nose down into the mags. Had other officers try in there guns and the same thing happened. The 18 & 15 round mags worked great.

Not the magazines you're looking for

These magazines are not phosphate coated and they don't have a stainless follower. The packaging says they're Sig Sauer but if you're expecting the high quality phospate mag then these are not the mags you're looking for. Brownell's should change the description.

Caution - not made in Germany or Italy

Packaging is SIG SAUER but these are not SIG magazines we are used to seeing. They are finished with some type of matte blue - not the standard gray phosphate SIG is noted for. They are also marked "Made in USA".

Checkmate not Mec-Gar

The magazine pictured appears to be the matte grey, phosphate coated, made in Italy magazines provided by sig sauer with their tactical pistols. What I recieved were checkmate industries magazines with a glossy finish - not happy to have spent over $80 on a pair of these.
