The Arisaka Optic Leveler is an inexpensive, easy-to-use tool for leveling scopes mounted in rings or one-piece mounts. The base plate sits on the Picatinny rail or one-piece mount just below the turret cluster of the scope, and then the matching wedge is inserted from the side. As the 11 degree ramped surfaces of the wedge and base engage, the top of the wedge rises upwards and contacts the turret cluster, automatically leveling it. This updated version includes an offset slot in the leveler base, which helps provide more leeway on one-piece scope mounts that have ramped surfaces, such as the Aero Precision Ultralite mounts. This product includes the leveler base and both small and large wedges. The small wedge requires a space between the rail/mount and turret cluster from 0.190" to 0.730". The large wedge requires a space between the rail/mount and turret cluster from 0.680" to 1.200". Please note: some one-piece scope mounts like those made by Bobro may not have enough space, so be certain to check with your specific scope and mount. The leveler requires a flat surface directly below the turret cluster to function.

SImply safe

Mount a fair number of scopes over a period of time. I was looking for something easier than level and gun and then try to level the scope to the "same level" which looks is in the instruction video but not always so in real life. I used the leveler combo kit and found it works very very well. There is actually no need to "level" the rifle first which makes the entire process faster. Might not work for super low mounted scope but anything above that because simple and fast.

Great tool

Works just as advertised, and is a very quick and easy way to level a scope. It might not work on all scopes depending on clearance though. A buddy had an Arkin optic with a 34mm tube, and there was not enough clearance between the pic rail and the bottom flat of the adjustment housing. I used this to check an optic I mounted using level, and was pleased to see the fit perfectly flush, even though I had to use a level on top of the elevation turret. Just another tool worth having if you mount a lot of optics.

Great Piece of Kit!

Incredibly easy to use. Perfectly levels optics in minutes without the use of levels, vices, plumbobs, (insert tool/ technique). Everyone needs a set of these.

Wish I knew

I wish I knew about this years ago . By far the easiest and simplest way to make sure your scope is level . So many different scopes , scope mounts , rails it just work with everything I have . Over 2 dozen rifles and was able to use on all of them . Even corrected a couple different ones I thought were perfect already . If you have one scope or 200 scopes to do that have a flat area below the scope this is a must . You wont be disappointed!

Fantastic Tool!

This is a truly fantastic product! Its incredible simple in principle, but some mounts (like the one I used) make it trickier. If your mount/base/receiver has a flat level top and your scope has a level bottom, I cannot imagine an easier way to mount a scope than with this tool. This is such a great idea, and the price is right. Im very impressed with this kit. It was incredibly easy to use. It accurately levels the scope to the mount/base/receiver. It can be adjust to any reasonable mount height by design. This was certainly one of my better gun tool purchases ever.
