Great for centerfire Ruger SSA pistols

As a gunsmith and competitive and cowboy action shooter it works wonderful for most Ruger single action pistols. The rimfires such as the single six and the new Wrangler need a stronger hammer spring. Makes the SSA;s smooth and easy.

Night and day difference

Watched a couple of you-tube videos and felt good tearing down my new vaquero. Used all the springs in this pack and what a difference. Learn a lot on what parts were what to, I'm happy with it. Thanks Again,

Truly a drop in part

Being both a gunsmith and SASS competitive shooter I have seen the Wolff springs from both sides. It is an excellent product of high quality, easy to install and makes a New Model Ruger Vaquero truly competitive out of the box.

Quality springs but not strong enough

I tried every spring in my 45 ACP Talo New Vaquero, but none of the hammer springs were strong enough to get reliable ignition. I've used a similar kit on other pistols and it has worked, but not this time. It was inexpensive though so worth a try.

Disappointing

Ordered to install on a new New Model Single Six Hunter to shoot 22 WMR almost exclusively. The 14 lb. hammer spring will not ignite 22WMRs dependably. 30 rounds loaded, 10 each of CCI Maxi-Mag, Winchester Dyna-Point, and, Aguila. Success was about the same for all three - not good. Only a total of 11 fired.
