Great reference book

I think if you own a Mauser (or 4), you owe it to yourself to read this book. Not only is it a great technical manual, it's something you can read on the couch. The price may seem high, but for the amount of information you're getting, I think it's a bargain.

The definitive work on Mausers

This book is exceptionally well written both in terms of its use of plain English as well as its depth of content. I find it's rare to find a maintenance manual written in such a supportive format. And, if you need to know anything about Mausers - just look and you'll find it. It's just not for gunsmiths - it should be mandatory for anyone that owns a Mauser.

Lots of Technical Data

I ordered this book in the hope that I could fix problems with a Yugo mauser and a Turkish mauser; unfortunately neither are addressed in this book. There is a lot of good technical information but nothing to fit my needs. Make sure before you buy.
