Excellent stock
I do love the beautiful laminated wood stock on my 1894 Trapper. But the ergonomics of the ELG is amazing. Adjustable LOP, adjustable cheek riser, rear bag cut and QD side mount locations. The storage compartment is a nice added bonus. The only gripe I have is that the QD sockets are not included. Still giving it a 5 out of 5.

Fits an old-school Marlin 30AS, 30-30
Had the old wood stock for my Marlin 30AS 30-30, with virtually no recoil pad. Great upgrade and totally modernized the look, along with the matching handguard.

Magpul 30-30 Stock
Pleasantly surprised when the stock came in. I thought it was going to be too bulky but it’s just right.

Fits Rossi R95
Used on a Rossi R95 30-30 with pistol grip. Pretty snug towards end but a couple taps with a rubber mallet got it on. Once on, very solid but might be a bit of work to remove it. The loop seems to make contact with the stock, but this has not affected the trigger at all. Still fires. With no spacers, it is about 1.75" shorter than original stock. Usual MagPul quality, no sharp burrs or edges. The grip is smooth, no checkering or texture of any kind. Really like the extra storage. This was just the stock, haven't tried the handguard.

Great Stock
I paired this with the Midwest Industries M-Lok Rail. I love the adjustable comb and it's the quality you'd expect from Magpul.

Marlin Stock
Made old 30 -30 rifle look new. Had a little bit of trouble lining up stock screw. Once installed fit and finish is GREAT. HIGHLY recommend if you have a scope on you rifle.

upgrade to70's marlin/glenfield
Installed within minutes of arrival , added the supplied spacers for LOP. Feels good, fits well, shoots well .
Nice!
I replaced the stock and forearm to prevent damage to the wood pieces. I am really happy with the fit of these parts.Actually, they feel better than the standard furniture.I lengthened the pull, and the longer, and wider forearm is great.
Very nice!
I really like this stock’s more conventional look. The ammo does rattle a bit in the carriers both 30-30 and 45/70, not a problem for my use. I got the olive version.
