What Reviewers Are Saying
Fitting and Compatibility
38%
A significant number of reviewers report challenges with fitting, especially when trying to use the magwell on frames like the Gen 3 Glock 19 and SCT-17. While some found it suitable for their SCT frames, others faced issues with magazines not locking properly or the magwell being insecure during use.
Ease of Installation
38%
Many users highlight the magwell's easy installation process, allowing for quick setup without the need for additional tools or modifications. This feature receives praise, as it appeals to both seasoned and novice users looking for a straightforward enhancement.
Design and Aesthetics
31%
Reviewers generally appreciate the design and aesthetic improvement the magwell brings to their SCT frames. It is frequently mentioned that the magwell fills a gap at the bottom of the grip and matches the frame color nicely, contributing to a more polished look.
Stability and Durability
31%
Several reviewers express concerns about the magwell's stability and durability, noting that it flexes when gripped and can pop off if pressed. Despite the material being perceived as reasonable, the design's reliance on a plastic detent rather than a more secure mechanism is criticized.

Not what I was expecting
I guess I should have looked at the pictures more closely. They fit nicely and they look good. What ruins it for me is they are secured by a plastic detent. You just hook the front and swing the back into the grip hole. A molded-in tab with a small domed detent settles into the lanyard hole and that's all that holds the magwell to the gun. If your hand pushes on the back of the magwell while gripping, you can pop the thing right off! One of the things I like about magwells is that they "lock in" my grip on these compact size guns. I don't have giant hands, but I cover all of a "19" size grip. I'm considering filling that space with epoxy and threading a retention screw to secure the magwell in place (like every other glock magwell). This is a total budget build, and I didn't expect much out of a polymer magwell but this was a little disappointing. They could have at least copied the Magpul design.

Doesn’t fit…….
First off, it’s not a snug fit. Since it doesn’t fit perfectly, the magazine was unable to lock into place.
