Same Case/Tray as the 58 Bit Master Set

This is the same case/tray as what comes in the 58 bit master set. The image on the listing shows a tan tray with fewer slots for bits, but a Brownell's representative on the phone told me that it was just a placeholder/generic image. I purchased one of the 58 bit master sets, but it did not have room for extra Hex/Torx/specialty bits. This case/tray is great for all the extra bits and drivers I purchased to help round out my set. The image attached to my review shows the 58 bit master set on the left and the case/tray combo purchased from this listing on the right. Does not come with the bits/handles shown.

Nice for range bag

Nice for range bag or dedicated scope install kit. Would give it five stars if it had a hinged top instead of molded plastic hinge.

Great storage box

store all of my "extra" bits in it after I cleaned out all of the cups, bins, trays, etc. where I used to throw stuff.

Nice box

Nice and sturdy. Closes firmly and positively. With use the lid stays open but initially a weight is needed to hold it down if needed.

Poor quality Don't bother

This box came with a set they sell. No real hinges. If I actually use the set, it won't last but a few months if that. One drop and its done.

COuld have been 5 stars but

Could have been 5 stars except the box does not have a real hinge. Love the tools but the box is worthless. With the flex hinge the lid WILL NOT stay open. I have to put a lead weight in it to keep it open. If you are listening PLEASE make a box with a real hinge.
