BCM® (MPI) complete bolt carrier group is fully assembled. (BCG) Bolt carrier group (auto version) for your AR15, M16, or M4. Parkerized exterior and chrome lined inside carrier. Machined to USGI specifications. This M16/M4 carrier includes the proper Mil-Spec gas key. Gas key is chrome lined and heat treated per GI specifications. Gas key is secured to carrier via USGI domestic mfg Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked per Mil-Specs. These properly hardened parts insure a strong staking and proper gas system functioning. Prior to shipping, all BCM Bolt Carrier Groups are test fired for function. As such, the Bolt Carrier Group will show handling marks consistent with these quality control procedures. Buy with confidence
BCM bolt carrier groups I believe are the measuring stick for BCGs. Solid, reliable and dependable. I have run many other brands with different features and coatings that work just fine and cost less, but the BCM is the one I pick if I have to narrow it down to one.

BCM is one of the few go-to BCGs whose quality you can count on.
I had to write a review of the BCM BCG because I see people complaining about issues that are very likely caused by poor parts selection such as home grown 10.5" barrel builds, over gassing, poor chambers along with steel case ammo. No one rips the lip off a tool steel extractor unless there are other problems. BCM makes very high quality BCGs. I have been using them for years, and have eight properly built rifles with BCM BCGs. I also use other top BCGs from Daniel Defense, LMT, Geissele, and Colt. The BCM is every bit as good as any of these. And BCM's quality control is top notch. I will say that I am not a fan of the coating on the peanut butter colored version, but it is still a very good BCG. I highly recommend the BCM BCG.

Awesome BCG
Arrived in great condition and in a box and nicely packaged and oiled up really good. This is a pleasant surprise unlike the Colt BCG I ordered previously that came in a bag and hardly any wrapping to protect from drops etc.

I couldn't agree more with Crippleshot!!
If you look closely at desert viking3's pic's you can clearly see the "M" in BCM is worn away. At 200 rounds that just does not happen unless there is some heavy metal on metal contact going on inside his upper receiver. There is also a deep scuff right below that broken key screw and damage from the center of the recess to past the rear key screw all along the side. If you look even closer, some of the tops of the forward assist teeth are also damaged. It looks to me that it has to be from some kind of foreign object coming into contact with the BCG in cycle. Especially looking at those along the side. I personally have never seen a Bravo Company BCG look that scored EVER.. I bought mine in 2007. Mostly I run it in my 556 upper but I also use it in my 300 blackout upper during deer season. I have used and yes sometimes seriously abused it for over 10 years now and God only knows how many rounds and it still looks better than DV3's. From the function stand point it still performs like day one. Bravo Company's BCG are now and have for a log time been the BCG's that all others try to measure up to and I'd still run them exclusively if they were $200 a pop.
