Great product
Great product. Took me several years to get around to purchasing but now I wish I had done so long ago. Shoot lead bullets almost exclusively and have battled cleaning out the residue with inconsistant results. This device is a game changer, cleans out the lead in short order.

Excellent Tool
Since the description indicated both .30 and .32 calibers for the Lewis Lead Remover tip, I wasn't sure it'd fit a .30 bore. However, it worked great on .30-06 and .30 Luger bores. As it came with only one wire mesh, I also ordered several sets of those. The tip works with Lewis Lead Remover ramrods, and some generic rifle ramrods I have. Great, effective, inexpensive tool!
easy lead removal
Just thread on the screen holder and insert into cylinder or bore and start removing the deposits. Simple and very effective way to remove lead deposits without chemicals.
Not brownell's fault
I order this in 44/45 and 9mm/38 these work great for cleaning lead out of your barrel. But the 45 rod adapter has the wrong size threaded aluminum nut that expands the rubber piece to adjust the tension and also holds the brass patch.. so I can't use it...Brownell offered a return on it but not worth the hassle of sending it back so its gonna be used as spare parts.
