Lees lead remover
No instructions with product. Thought device would allow pulling the brass pieces through the bore but the devices are too big. Not sure what they are for.
Simple but usefu;
Glad to see replacement parts for the old Lewis Lead Remover are still available. Works as it should.
Hot and miss
Overall good experience. But some of the special line Dewey crashes has 12/28 female tread which is not compatible with standard cleaning rod tread 8/32. So don't forget to buy adapter.
Best product for lead fouling
This is the best lead remover there is.
Easy to use and removes stuburn lead fouling. Best if you wet the bore first, I use Kroil.
Lewis Lead Remover Kit - works fantastic
works perfect and much faster than cleaning by conventional means, especial in the forcing cone which is very difficult to clean with just a bore brush, highly recommended
must have for cast bullet shooting
Use it for cap&ball pistol, bullseye shooting,target shooting with cast bullets. I use this product with a small amount of bore cleaner and bore comes out lead free
