The Bolt Action Magazine Well – Hunter 700 Stock is a drop-in solution for our Remington 700 Hunter Stock for those who want to add detachable box magazine capabilities to their rifle.

By simply removing your OEM bottom metal and our spacer from the Hunter 700 Stock, users can add this reinforced polymer trigger guard and magazine well without the need for custom inletting from gunsmiths. Designed to work with AICS pattern, short action magazines. Installs easily with no gunsmithing required.

easy install, works fine

Only complaint and it's minor had to file a bit off mag because of excessive bolt rub I like a little bolt rub but not that much magwell just sits a bit higher than factory after install no biggie took a couple minutes to get where I liked it.

Quality, affordability, together in one

This is the same kit you can find at online auction type sites being price gouged into oblivion. I made an account here and scored one at the correct price before they sold out again. Thank you to Brownells for the great products at great prices! You've picked up a customer for life with me. Now, instead of fumbling with removing gloves to top load the internal magazine, or the hassle of unloading and dealing with loose rounds, you can preload magazines that you can put in your pocket and easily, quickly load, reload, or unload your rifle in seconds.

Magpul, always the best

I have never had any issues with any Magpul products. The bottom worked perfect in the Magpul 700 stock turning my 308 into a 5 or 10 round capacity hammer. Brownells alerted me to this product as soon as it came in and I appreciate that. They were going for over 400 on ebay......

Simplistic

Very easy installation converting Remington 700 ADL to the Magpul Hunter stock and bottom metal. Only issue was the bolt made contact with the magazine lips. Action was torqued in at 55 in lbs. Manufacturer instructions direct 55-60 in lbs. So it took a little trimming from the magazine lips so it wouldn't interfere with the bolt. It also made the .243 Win cartridge sit better in the magazine, which yielded better feeding into the chamber. I would buy again though.

As expected!

Ordered for my Bergara B14 hunter and as i expected it is exactly what i ordered. It will need some milling/fitting in my stock but i wouldn't be surprised about it!

Great for the money

This product is great, not perfect, but great. Feeding is reliable and loading is fast. Install is supper easy and fast, mags are decent quality. Its a $70 remington 700 mag conversion that works. The quality is not up to accuracy international or Wyatts standers but its not $250 either.
