Hey, we would all prefer to spend more time shooting our guns than cleaning them, right?. This stuff is great—squirt it in; its high pressure really does scrub junk away (do over a brown paper bag). No need to take apart your firearm. Of course, at some point you will have to….but this stuff will make those times further apart.

I'm really having a hard time finding a single purpose solvent that works this well. This stuff breaks up carbon and removes oil really well. It gets you back down to a solid starting point so you can apply lubricant exactly where it needs to go. The pressure & straw make it so you can blast into tight spots that your brush might have trouble getting to.

Best stuff on the market purchased at the cheapest price on the net, how can you go wrong?

Over the years, I've used Gun Scrubber constantly. There are many "equivalents", but no equals. It removes most common 'debris' and then evaporates readily, but not too quickly. I mainly use it for bore cleaning and maintenance, and rinse the copper solvents off brass bore brushes so they won't start shedding bristles. I also wet patch it through the bore before patching in any anti-rust solvents. You can clean just about anything with it, If you want something clean and DRY, this is it. Used improperly, this stuff can get VERY expensive. I suggest using it sparingly, 'blasting' only when necessary, or spraying a little of it on small patches then wiping off surfaces. You can make it go a long, long way and get the best value out of it. Also, I find it useful for many other non-firearm applications. It is a very effective cleaner for all sorts of things. Just be careful with any plastics, Experiment in a small obscure area, first.

I've used this product for years to clean bronze brushes after passing them through the bore in the cleaning process. That way the brush is clean for another pass.

Whenever possible, I scrub the parts with a good quality solvent, and then I use a few blasts of Gun Scrubber to get the solvent and gunk out and get everything clean. It's also very useful for getting into the places you can't access on a field strip level cleaning. Just always remember to do a good lubrication on everything after using it and you can't go wrong. The categories they give here are not very inclusive. I am a prior military and LEO who is now a private security professional who shoots weekly at a minimum, so i shoot and clean my guns a lot. Yes, even my Glocks. ;-)

This stuff is the quickest to use on any firearm that has seen a long days use. Blows out caked up powder residue and all the dirt & grit from a day in the field. A gun cleaners dream product.

Great for getting places even a brush can't reach. When a full disassembly and clean isn't called for, this is quick and leaves no residue behind. I make sure I never run out.
