Makes your restorations as accurate and valuable as possible. These red-brown rubber pads are exact reproductions of those used in the early 1900’s. The Hawkins was a commonly-used, turn of the century, aftermarket pad. This faithful re-creation has the original Hawkins logo in the center and is available with the original, diamond heart pattern vents or horizontal square vents. The Winchester Vented is a copy of the original pad on early 1920’s Winchesters the includes the Winchester logo and the legend “MADE IN U.S.A.” above the logo and “TRADE MARK PAT. JUNE 6, 1922” correctly placed below it. Winchester Solid is a solid red pad modeled after that of many original pre-’64 Winchesters including the Model 70, Model 12, Model 21, plus all lever action and pump models. Raised lettering Winchester logo. Early Noshoc pad provides an opportunity to put the correct era pad on many high-grade American guns. Used by Parker, Fox, L.C. Smith, Remington, Winchester, and Lefever. Raised lettering reads “NOSHOC” with the legend “PATENTED JUNE 6, 1922” above the logo and “MADE IN U.S.A” below it. The Universal pad is available in red and works well on a variety of custom stocks. Screw holes are 3¼" apart; midway between these holes is an internal cavity ¾" wide and 21⁄8" long.

Just like original very good quality

Nice recoil pad but,

This pad is to small to fit the Winchester Japanese 101 shotgun. It just fits many pre 64 winchester shotguns and rifles with a monty carlo stock. To make this pad great it should have about 1/8" more pad material all around so it can be ground to a perfect fit.

good product!

I put one of these on an old Berretta 409 16 ga with a dried out original jostam pad. I buffed it with Vaseline and finished it with gunstock finish and it looks like is has been on there since 1957 when the gun was made, The only issue is that these wont fit big stocks. I ordered 3 more for other old double barrels.

Good choice for a period pad

Great choice for a period correct replacement pad. Much better than the solid red pads with the large holes. Plugs better than torn up pad due to screwdriver through the rubber. These have the Noshoc name and patent date on it ('22). Put on a late Sterlingworth and looks great. Only fault is it does nothing to reduce recoil; hard as a rock. But no different than a hard buttplace. Noshock is not true.

Winchester recoil pad

This pad is the exact size of a factory prewar stock that is uncut. There is no room to fit.

Wrong dimension

The pad is too small for most vintage shotguns. I have installed hundreds of pads. Customer wanted this pad on pre-war superposed. Had to do a lot of tricky fitting to get it to work. This pad will not work on most vintage shotguns, it is too small and the wrong shape.

Hard rubber back cracked easily. The pad seems to be made of pencil eraser, sticky, and discolors after handling. No screws furnished.
